An additional two individuals have been arrested related to a robbery at Heathrow Airport where 21 people were injured by a substance believed to be an irritant spray, according to police.
A man, 24, was arrested in Lambeth for suspected theft and assault and a 23-year-old woman was detained for suspected conspiracy to commit robbery. They both remain in custody, the force said.
These detentions come after an investigation into an attack at the multi-storey car park at Heathrow's Terminal 3 on Sunday. Before the attack, two women had stolen from them their luggage after getting out of a car park lift.
A toddler aged three was one of the injured in the event. Five people were taken to the hospital for treatment and were later released.
Officers detained a man in his thirties on suspicion of robbery and assault close to the location. He has since been released pending further inquiries as the investigation proceeds.
Authorities were alerted at approximately 8:10 in the morning GMT after reports came in regarding a number of people hurt by a noxious substance thought to be pepper spray.
The attack - which authorities stated was a standalone incident and not considered terrorism - resulted in train delays and the temporary shutdown of the main airport tunnel and the T3 car park briefly.
